D-manos is the best and the most successful product I have ever used for cystitis!I suffered from cystitis for more than 3 years! My urologist and GP always prescribed antibiotics but few days/weeks after taking antibiotics symptoms were coming back and I had cystitis again. I read about D-manos and decided that I will use it instead of antibiotics. All symptoms gone after taking D-manos for 7 days. Now I take one tablet in the morning and one in the evening prophylactically. My urologist also recommended me to drink one teaspoon of baking soda mixed with half glass of water ( 3 times a day for 3-4 days) while I was taking D-manos. All problems gone thank to D-manos and baking soda!

Never tried this supplement before but certainly seems to be working as no nasty flare ups since I've been using it. Easy to swallow capsules.

Having heard such great reports about D-Mannose i bought it to keep to use if I get another UTI. I am using at a maintenance dose hopefully to keep infections away. So far so good.

I ordered this on the advice of my doctor and am keeping my fingers crossed that a daily dose will stop the recurring water infections. If after a few months it does, then the product can have a 5 star rating from me.
