Bought this for my 2 year old who has very fine hair with ringlet curls. Her hair is normally nice when freshly washed but as soon as it drys it is fluffy, everywhere and in her eyes. I started blow drying it but her hair was in the same situation an hour later so figured I need to learn how to style and look after her hair. After washing her hair and and detangling it I rubbed a bit more than a pea sized amount through my hands and scrunched into her hair. Faffed with her parting a little and it looked great! Amazing once dry! Her curls look really pretty and defined. Definitely won't be taking the hair dryer to it again. The product is surprisingly light and not sticky. Smells lush. I have now bought other products from the range. I use it on both my little boys hair. You don’t need a lot - just a pea sized amount, rub it in to your hands before applying to hair otherwise it will look quite greasy. Then it is ready to style.Because you use so little, we still have this bottle now 3 years later! We don’t use it daily, but probably a good few times a month for 2 boys.It is a gentle formula, it’s kind to skin and hasn’t exacerbated any of their eczema or asthma.My only gripe is the hold isn’t great. The styling doesn’t last long at all. This is a light product (not like strong hold gel or cream) that is meant to smooth out any flyaways and tame frizz meaning it can give you smooth curls or smooth ponytails - no frizz. It holds quite well when used correctly. Hair generally get frizzy when it's dry. I normally use leave in conditioner with a bit of water before using this product and it gives a satisfying hold until the end of school day (minimal frizz at pick up time).
