At first, it wasn't bad, although the advertised auto-colour balance wasn't implemented! The software though, was taking so much CPU, that the video was super-choppy, even with all the fancy AI extensions disabled. I suspect there was a memory leak in the code too, as it would consume more and more memory, until I'd have to reboot every few hours, so I went back to my trusty old Logitech HD C920. Recently, I invested in a sit/stand desk and wanted a second camera, so that when I was standing, it was already setup. I reached for my old Lumina, updated the software and firmware, and it wouldn't even show a picture in my webcam management software.
