Seriously! *by W***T on June 22, 2016* I wanted to both increase the fine and gross motor strength and improve the flexibility/dexterity in my lower arms, wrists, hands and fingers because I juggle. I was also getting a touch of arthritis.I alternate both the 100 and 150 grips. I keep them at the bedside and do them while I watch TV. I will probably not go beyond the 150 resistance but will just increase the reps at 150. I ordered a second 100lb grip for my truck to use on trips. Have I seen an improvement? Oh yeah!!! Within a week I noticed a major difference not only with ball/bag handling but in things around the house. I can now open jars with POWER and I have a much better grip (six months later). It doesn't take a lot of exercising ... I just do as many as I can with each hand once or twice a night and that's it (at most). I also play with them in my truck. Also, the wee bit of arthritis I had in my hands appears to have completely vanished. I take no meds. 5 stars. One of my better purchases.
