This comes nicely boxed and with the USB cable for charging it and a strap which attaches to the side for if you want to hang this up (handy for round your neck while you're out). It is a really pleasing shape and feels nice to hold. It fits well into my hands and warms up quickly, feels really lovely. Both sides warm so you can clutch it between your hands. It cools down quickly after use. When you switch the heat on an orange light next to the button shows that this is activated. There are also 4 green lights on the front which show the amount of power. When you activate the heat these light up for a couple of seconds just so you can see how much power you have left. This works really well and will be perfect for my autumn camping trip!

Well packaged in strong box. Slightly larger than a computer mouse. Gets warm but not hot. Could be a bit heavy to be constantly carrying around in your pocket. It feels to be well made but I would not like it to slip out of my hands and land on a hard stone floor by accident, as I am sure something would break due to its weight. Easy to use and charge but you really need a 5V 2A charger for it, unfortunately most of the ones I have are less than 1 Amp so something extra I will be looking to buy or else it will take longer to be recharged. On the whole I am satisfied with its performance (but have only tested it for a few hours). Will keep your hands warm, which for me was the main reason for buying it. Not tested the portable charger yet as I have one already that meets my needs and is much slimmer and lighter. The price of £14.69 seemed reasonable but I think it would have been a better product if supplied with a 5V 2A charger and the price increased a few pounds to cover the chargers cost. I bought this for using on cold mornings when I play golf unfortunately it doesn’t last .It wasn’t very hot to start with and only lasted about 4 holes not the 18 I expected.

Tried this product a few times now and can now conclude it is not great. Does not get that warm. Compared it to Hot Rox and the pisen item not as warm as hot Rox. Spec of Pisen should mean it is better thank hot roxs

It is a nice product, warms up, but definitely does not reach 53 degrees temp. It warms up slow (taking in mind that it is advertised to heat up instantly), it takes over 5 minutes to heat up to actually feel it warmer than the normal temperature of your hands.

Very stylish design which fits into the hand comfortably. Comes partly charged which means the first full charge takes little time. The lanyard ensures you will not drop it accidentally. Once the "hot" button is pressed the unit quickly heats up. Very impressed initially but more time is needed to prove how long the heating lasts. Also doubles as a power bank for tablets or phones so it has all-year-round usefulness.

Neat compact and does the job. Used on the golf course to keep hands warm, lasts almost a full round.You can easily accidentally switch it off when inside your pocket, but not really an issue as you soon notice it cooling down.
