It works reliably and blocks light well. it was reasonably easy to install, though the battery compartment cover slides into the mounty hardware if you don't position the mounting just right (I just removed the cover once I realized I hadn't planned for this in mounting the blind). Didn't install as easy as it says. I had to reposition the clips closer so I could make the shade clip in better , but not before I broke a piece off. Unfortunately I'm not able to upload my photos from my gallery. It has to be the gallery this amazon app creates. Pretty much a joke.The remote, feels cheap and very light. But it works. Programming it wasn't too bad. Two attempts and it was good.I was interested in getting a hub for automated operation but thar will take 3 -4 weeks for delivery. Not interested in that.There's a lot of mixed reviews.
