Great for jiggling wafer locks and bad pin tumbler locks. A little chunky though, and cannot fit into smaller locks.

I bought these locks initially to get into my mailbox, as I don't have a key, and also to expand my lock-picking skill. When I tried it on my mailbox, it worked quicker than I could've done it with a key, so naturally I tested it with more double-sided locks, They worked on windows, some old doors to sheds, and some padlocks, I was a bit disappointed with the size of them, sometimes it takes a bit of trial and error to find a padlock that I can insert one of these tools into, however, the tools feel sturdy and are made of some metal alloy. (btw, you don't need a turning or a tensioning tool)In total, i'd give the rating an 8/10

Ok for some locks

Good for their specific purpose, but useless for my needs

For a start, these are metal, not plastic, as stated in the description, and the don't appear to be very flimsy. Needed them to unlock windows that the keys had been lost for, within minutes the right one was found and the windows could be opened. All in all, buying these was much cheaper and easier than breaking the window locks or buying multiple keys to try and get the right one! We also tried them on a couple of padlocks that we only had one key for, and these worked as well, as a result, we have decided it may be a good idea to get some better quality locks for our shed and oil tank!

I bought these to try and open the lock on the loft in a property I’d recently moved into, as I didn’t have the correct key. Unfortunately, they didn’t work for my particular lock, despite trying the different jiggler keys included in the set.In the end, I had to call out a locksmith to gain access. They may work for other types of compatible locks, but they weren’t effective for my situation.The set itself arrived complete and appears to be well made, but I can’t comment on its effectiveness beyond my own experience.

Worked great to remove my cars steering wheel lock when I’d lost the one and only key. Took a bit for preserving but after 5 mins it was unlocked. Handy tools to have around.
