NakaLight Wake Up Light Sunrise Alarm Clock for Heavy Sleepers Alarm Clock with Sunrise and Sunset

I always had a hard time waking up in the morning. My alarms always ended up being snoozed all the time, and I always ended up in bed wondering why I didn’t get up. This wakeup light helped change all of that! I respond better to light in term of waking up, so it worked great. Easy to use, and very helpful!

I thought the alarm clock looked nice and was easy to operate, however, its simply not bright enough to do its job.While the light is adjustable and gets very bright, you cannot adjust the light brightness for the "sunrise alarm" and its about 50% of its actual capacity which isn't really that bright. It does make it easier to wake up... if you are sleeping facing the alarm clock with it directly in front of your face. It is NOT enough to illuminate a room in the morning, even the slightest.The sound quality of the alarms are also REALLY poor quality, which didn't bug me too much, but it made some of the sounds quite abrasive instead of relaxing.I am most likely going to return this and look for a better alternative.

Returned it. Couple of things I didn't like about it:1) The alarm resets every time you turn it on and off. Thus, you have to reset the time every single time you turn the alarm on. Previous alarm clocks I've owned allow you to set the alarm time and turn the alarm on separately, so you don't have to reset the time every night. If you turn the alarm off and then on again, you will be rudely awakened at 11:30 pm by a light in your face (because the light turns on 30 minutes before the alarm time).2) You can't control the brightness of the colored lights. Only the white light has a brightness control. Personally, I wanted to set this as a low-level yellow or orange light, but I can't and the full strength colored light is too bright for me to sleep by.3) It's loud. Too loud for sleeping. It has 15 volume levels, but even the lowest level is too loud for my taste. I tried putting a folded index card over the speaker to muffle the noise, but it still wasn't enough. I like an alarm that has a very low noise level so I'm not shocked awake. This one doesn't cut it.4) Turns on for no reason. The first night of trying it, I set the alarm, turned it off and turned it back on (thinking the alarm time would be preserved). It wasn't, so the alarm went off at 11:30 pm. I turned the alarm off. Then, at 2:30 am, the music only turned on again. I have no idea why. Maybe I bumped it in my sleep (unlikely given where the alarm sits), but either way, it was very annoying to be woken at 2:30 am by the clock turning on for no reason. I ended up unplugging it entirely so it wouldn't go off again.

This thing is a piece of junk. I can't believe I fell for the all the fake reviews. It has these touch controls that barely work. The dimmest setting is too bright and the brightest setting is too dim. It can't even light up my room. Do not buy.

I just bought this alarm clock and it works well when it comes to waking you up with gradual light similar to a real sunrise. The two complaints I have about this product: 1) you can't change the color or warmth of the sunrise/sunset and 2) I'm only able to get one FM radio station. Other than that, it gets the job done.

So many settings and functionalities, most importantly, it works to wake me up gently with my choice of station, and my choice of light. Everythign is customizable, and I feel like getting of bed is much easier. You can also use it as a regular, cozy reading light before bed, and you can turn off the time display so you can sleep in the dark.

Seems too complicated. Push the wrong button and the numbers shut off. What good is a clock that does not tell me the time? Only displays the radio station for a brief second. It automatically assigns number to stations so you have to learn what all the programmed numbers are because when you page through the presets it only displays P01, P02, P03 ect.... it should just show you the station.. ugh!Sound quality is poor and controls are not user friendly

This product is awesome! It's nice and loud too which is good for my husband who has hearing loss. The light wakes him up before the alarm goes off. I want to order one for myself!
