HexClad beats the competition
I tried the HexClad imitators and discovered that HexClad has better nonstick properties and cleans up much easier. I try to purchase HexClad when deals are offered because it is pricey.

So easy to clean
Great roasting pan! It’s big and heavy. Day one I filled it up with chicken wings and roasted them for an hour. The pan sat out for a good hour, I cleaned it in about 45 seconds. Hexclad makes great stuff!
