## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it supposed to come with separate mounting brackets, or are the mounting brackets part of the pieces? Mine seems to be missing**
A: Mine were included. You have to use the Allen wrench to loosen the screw up so the back of each piece “falls” off. You then screw that piece into the wall. After that, use Allen wrench to put the front face back onto that back piece that’s now in the wall.

**Q: can bathroom towel holder be vertical ?**
A: It can be anything you want it to be. You choose where to mount the brackets to

**Q: Can I order an additional 24” towel bar to match this set?**
A: Sorry we only sell the towel bar set in amazon.

**Q: What is the diameter of the circular part that touches the wall?**
A: It is about 19 .7 inches

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice clean look

Great value, nice look

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks good, a bit delicate
*by G***N on July 10, 2024*

These pieces are a bit smaller than the Kohler and other US brands, the metal is thinner, the fittings seem fragile (read: cheap). That said, everything looks good in a small bathroom. The only piece I didn't use was the main towel bar - the 2-piece bar design made it unstable and saggy. You could probably still use it as a short towel bar by using 1 of the 2 bar pieces only.
