Only 1 at a time. Speakers from pre out using phono connection

No, there are no XLR connectors. There is a balanced headphone jack on the front panel.

Is there any delay? i want to watch tv/films on windows pc and use this as a pre amp.

I cannot answer your question as I only use the K7 to listen to music. I read lots of reviews before purchasing and no-one mentioned anything about delays when watching films. The K7 is an excellent device with great sound, get one and if it doesn't meet your requirements, return it.
