Hi it doesn’t say if the b12 is methylcobalamin

According to the Health Leads site, their Vit B complex contains, amongst other things: "Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 200µg". Hope this is of use.

i cant take tablets is it ok to chew these

Hi - they are the capsules with powder inside so not chewable but you could pull the capsule apart and sprinkle on food perhaps? Probably best to ask pharmacist about this as they may be slow release capsule coating.

This is one of the most expensive B complex brands on this site, why is it so expensive?

It is because it has no fillers that are poor quality. Poor quality fillers affect absorption and also can effect the liver,kidney and blood vessels.higher quality ingredients are also higher in price.x

Is the niacin, nicotinic acid or niacinamide? I'm presuming it's the latter as they sell the former separately but thought I'd check. Thanks

I'm not sure, the container only mentions niacin. I've also assumed it's niacinamide. I've been using this b complex for years and I really like it. To my knowledge, and I've researched quite a bit, it's the best one available, both in terms of strength and avoidance of unnecessary, potentially toxic fillers. Besides the vitamins are natural, not synthetic. I find Health Leads UK a trustworthy company and have been using them for years. Great composition, great price and great effects from supplementing with this product brand.All the ingredients are derived from plant food sources, so as a vegan I'm happy. This product gives you optimum levels of the B Complex group and is in veggie caps and not tablets so no fillers or binding agents are in it.Contains Niacin and not the niacinamide which is a tick in the box as far as I'm concerned. Another bonus is the B12 in the product is not the synthetic Cyanocobalamin so I'm well chuffed.This company knows how to put together an excellent B Complex formula and will defo order some more when my current lot is near finished.
