Luxury Four Season Down Comforter, 300 Thread Count 100% Cotton Striped Shell, 600FP, 40 Ounce Down Fill, King

The package arrived on time and as expected. It shows a 1200 thread is very nice. ( I doubt you can tell the difference above 800TC for any product)The striping is very pretty. Once you throw it in the dryer and fluff it up some not bad. Some people are expecting a 5-6" thick comforter but this is a about a good 3" fluffed comforter. I dont think you can get a 6"+ comforter unless you spend $600 and live in Alaska. It works great for temp, as I run hot and wife is cold it keeps us both happy. Definitely worth the value for $125. Not too sure what feathers they used but they seem to work as explained for a Siberian Feather. Hot in Cold times and Cool in Summer times. We use it for cool as we live in a hot location (100+ for about 4 weeks of the year and no snow)and it works great.Worth the value but if you want a 6"+ comforter spend the big bucks.

I bought this down comforter for cold NYC winters. It was extremely comfortable and warm and I was very happy with the product the first winter I owned it. The second winter was a nightmare. The down was everywhere in my bedroom and it was very time consuming to clean my bedroom all the time after I used it. When I started discovering down on my clothes and in my hair I decided to say goodbye and got rid of it.

I bought one of these last year and loved it. I am about to buy another. I am having to buy another only because of having to wash the first one a few times (my dogs!). The tag has a warning against this but I did it anyway. In doing so, you lose alot of the feathers so I advise having it dry cleaned. Even after all the washing, I am only replacing it because I'm a little picky. Its still very warm and in decent shape.Ive read the other reviews and I'm sure they're relaying their experiences, but I don't agree that there isn't enough down in the blanket. Once you take it out of the packaging, you should unfold it and let it fluff for a day. It becomes very thick and is extremely warm. If it were thicker, it would look weird.Obviously I'm buying another so I would advise anyone to buy one.

So far so good. While it came super flat in the box, it has puffed out a little. With the duvet cover we got, it is nice and cozy. Most importantly it keeps me warm! I think this was a good purchase.

I doubt very much that this is Siberian Goose Down. It says "100% Natural Down" on the tag. There is no mention of "Siberian" or "Goose" anywhere on the packaging. Siberian Goose Down comforters are $500 everywhere else that I've looked so I suspect this is a basic duck down comforter. Amazon would do well to investigate this suspected fraudulent advertising. It is a super-thin comforter that didn't fluff up much at all even after waiting the recommended two days. I returned it and was pleased to get the refund from the vendor without delay. I purchased a Hollander Hungarian Goose Down comforter for $190 instead and it is so much thicker than this product and the tag confirms it is what it claims to be.

I was disappointed with this product. It is thin. Not puffy or thicker as you would expect from a goose down comforter. It is more like a mattress pad. The covering is hard and somewhat crunchy. Maybe with use it may soften up a bit. Overall I would not buy this product again in hopes of getting a nice fluffy comfortable comforter. Goose down is usually light but fluffy, this is stiff and condensed and even prickley on skin.

This is a beautiful blanket. It comes really compacted but if you fluff it, it gets thick and soft in a day or so. It is super warm and does smell like goose feathers. The nice thing is you have to actually put your face in it and breathe really deep to notice the smell so it isn't overpowering. All in all, it's great and I would buy it again in a heart beat.

I bought this comforter for my mother and she was very happy with the quality. It is somewhat heavy but still very comfortable and fluffed up nicely within a few hours. We purchased this item without any reviews available. I would recommend this product and seller to others. Great value for the price.
