It looks shiny in picture on Amazon. Not glossy. The wood looks nice in pic. Looks fake as can be in real life. It came with not very good instructions. Vague. If hubby wasn’t great at assembly of items would have had to send back. I always hesitate to give less than great reviews but this leaves me no choice. There wasn’t much hardware. Had to go 20 miles to a Menards store to get what was needed. I’ll keep it up but disappointed.Don’t recommend buying this.

The overall look of the chandelier was very nice. However we were not given enough parts to put it together so we ended up buying more parts. once we had it together the plate for the electrical outlet was so small it wouldnt even cover the standard outlet area in the ceiling. so we wouldve had to go buy another plate for it. The instructions were so vague and hard to follow, luckily my husband is very handy and he was able to figure it out. Very mice looking product but too many difficulties with it so we just returned it.

This item comes unassembled and with tons of hardware. To top it off the instructions have no pictures and are written in Chinese. What a waste of money.

I was expect everything to be in package the lights bulbs were not , I want a refund of the light bulbs or send six light bulbs 40 watt edison
