Hardcastle Fully Adjustable Weight Lifting Bench and Dip Station

As with most things you mostly get what you pay for.But I have to say this little folding bench is perfect for the sort of weights I’ll be using. Ie up to 100 kg at the very most.(pushing it.)I’ve been using it since the day I brought it and it’s been fine.I would say once put together properly.it is quite sturdy and I would say It’s great value for the money.It arrived quickly well packaged I’m pleased with it. So I would recommend especially for beginners on a tight budget.

Very pleased with this bench and great instructions and went together well and solid,been using it everyday and brilliant build quality and very sturdy.5 stars from me.Width of bench is fine and the cushioning is also ok.Fast delivery from company and fairly decent price.

Great weight bench for the money,instruction easy to follow if you just read thro them,all the bolts and washers bagged and numbered to show u where they go,various sizes so this really helped in putting them in the right place,took around 30 mins from opening the box to putting last bolt in,so easy to assemble,as I write this there is around 80kg of weights and bar on them and is really sturdy,dip handles are to low for me but I didn't buy it for that so doesn't matter to me, all u really need it 17 spanner and 14 and 17 socket set to assemble but bit of advice for the black rubber bits on the ends,tap them on with a rubber mallet,so much easier,bench is wide enough for me and I am a 38" waist and 46" chest,really pleased with the bench and would certainly recommend it.

The Hardcastle weights bench is very good value for money.The weights bench was fairly easy to assemble ,although the instructions was as much use as a chocolate poker.What I did I only used the instruction leaflet as a guide and I put all the bits together for the weight stand together and all of the parts together for the weight bench.Then you have a clear picture how to assemble everything together.I now just need to buy the barbell and weights then I can do a fitness session.I would fully recommend this work bench

Excellent bench especially for the price. It is perfect for benching and can handle a lot of weight no bother at all. I’m using it to bench 100kg at a Bodyweight of 85kg and there is no movement or swaying. It’s easy to assemble with clear instructions and takes a matter of seconds to fold for storage.

great bench, £40 cheaper than the mirafit equivalent but identically the same bench in every way... bench is solid, a bit narrow but for the price you're not getting an olympic bench... it is nice and compact when folded away and takes up very little space which is a huge plus when space is a premium.would i buy again? absolutely!however my only one minor irritation was that the chrome barbell receiver's has a slight amount of corrosion on them, which for a well packaged item was very confusing.the corrosion is the only reason i only gave 4 star total. otherwise outstanding piece of kit that only took 20 minutes to assemble.

This is so easy to put together and yet it is super sturdy. Folding it away is also easy and makes it more storable.
