Definitely Helps with pull ups and weights, light weight, comfy and wearing well after a good bit of use.I don't expect the last for ever but they do the trick for crossfit kipping pull ups and weights as well as gymnastic stuff.They don't stop callouses forming but the do stop blisters or tears and are great to swap between weights and bar work quickly. Can be worn with a pair of weightlifting wrist wraps if you need as well, just extend the straps out and velcro them to the straps if they are fabric.Great for the price, skip the expensive ones, these are the business.

Bought these in a rush ready for a CrossFit competition. One of them was thick and the other was mega thin, I had no choice but to use them as my hands were already shredded. The thin one isn't going to last much longer and all I did in them was 45 pull ups. If I hadn't if needed them in such a rush probably would have sent them back.
