Badly wrapped glass bottles
The product appears fine, but nearly didn't arrive in one piece! Three glass cordial bottles which had been porley wrapped in bubble wrap and a few polystyrene pieces! There was nowhere near enough bubble wrap around the three bottles, and I was extremely lucky that they arrived in one piece, especially as the box became badly damaged in transit.

Beware of packaging - possible breakage!
I received this order of 3 bottles all glass - when received the glass was totally smashed and the contents had leaked into the packaging. When notifying the manufacturers they were doubtful and not at all helpful. Will not purchase again via post.

Good product, poor delivery service
Wife loves the stuff but delivery man left it at the front door. Thankfully neighbours spotted it and took it in for us.
