LOVE this stuff!
I'm a mustard freak! My entire fridge door is full of every type of mustard that's as low in sodium that I can find. I need to follow an extremely low sodium diet so if if a mustard has even 50 mg of sodium per serving (1 t), which is pretty low by most mustard standards, 1 teaspoon at a time is about all I can have, which really isn't much. With this mustard, I can squeeze it on thick and not have to worry. It also makes an excellent salad dressing or sauce for vegetables like roasted carrots or Brussels sprouts, or homemade mustard-pickle (I make my own salt-free pickles).I live by myself but still ordered a case. It's a great deal, and I'm sure I'll use it all before the expiration date 8 months from now. This mustard (along with Hunt's salt-free ketchup and lots of pickles!) makes a low sodium diet much easier to live with.

Salt free mustard!
I have an LVAD (heart pump) and must severely restrict my sodium intake. When I discovered these no salt added mustards I ordered a dozen of the them and (after trying them) took them to our monthly LVAD support group to spread them around to other patients. I have not been a great lover of regular mustard except on hot dogs, but this version is delicious and not overpowering. I use it on my homemade meatloaf sandwiches and it is very tasty! My wife is already making plans for how we can make egg salad sandwiches with it!

No salt mustard
This product is more expensive than store bought regular mustard but certainly worth the price if you need to avoid salt. And the bonus is it also does not contain any "salt substitute" (potassium chloride), Heart patients can not tolerate potassium chloride as in excess it can create irregular heart beat. I thought the taste was excellent, possibly just a little less bite than regular yellow mustard. Kind of reminded me of hot dog mustard at the ball park. Buy it by the case for best price.

Salt-free Mustard!
I had to go low salt for a health issue and I dreaded giving up my mustard but my God, this stuff is absolutely cool. I don’t miss the salt at all. I keep it refrigerated though as it’s not quite as thick as regular mustard. It’s the best solution if you need mustard and the doctor said no salt.

Taste is great, but would prefer a bigger/better bottle.
Ordered this when I was being strict with my sodium intake and it has become one of my preferred condiments. You'd think with the removal of added salt that this might lack flavor or kick, but it has a nice flavor similar to honey mustard which I enjoy.Only personal nitpick I have is that the bottles come in a small size that doesn't lend itself to squeezing out mustard as well as say, French's, and results in a decent amount of mustard having to be scooped out. The lid used on the bottles also pushes out a bigger bead of mustard than I would like, which just makes going through a bottle even quicker if you're someone who likes to use mustard as a dressing for your salads/veggies.Otherwise, this has become one of my favorite products, but I really wish it was sold in stores and in bigger bottles.Get on it, Westbrae!

Good mustard. It is no salt, but it is NOT organic.
This is a good mustard. My favorite is still Plochman's Natural Stone Ground Mustard. (Admittedly, I have not tried most of the mustards in the top-ten list given by another reviewer.) The main advantage of this mustard is that it contains no salt. However, please note that this is NOT an organic mustard. The ingredient list shown above for this product states "organic mustard seed," but this is not correct. I have purchased the pack of 12 on two different occasions and nowhere on the bottle label is the word "organic" used. Amazon needs to correct the product description. The ingredient list on the bottle label is: "Distilled Vinegar, Water, Mustard Seed, Spices." It would be better if Westbrae/Hain Celestial made the product with organic ingredients and if they specified which "Spices" are used.

Tastes Great and Has No Added Salt
This has more of a vinegar taste than most other mustards. I love that it has no added salt. We go through this very quickly! It would be nice if they had larger bottles, so now we just buy it buy the case!

Perfect prepared mustard for sandwiches and sauces
I found this product in a local grocery store - once, since discontinued. I bought a case of 12, the flavor of this product is spot-on and well-suited for sandwiches that have salty products in them. I make my own low sodium mayo spread - Belgian style - and it complements Westbrae's mustard perfectly. Will buy another case in the future.
