I ordered this amazon product few years before for my Sony Vaio laptop as my original battery did not work properly. The cost of this battery was very less when compared to original branded battery, and after searching various products I bought this. The battery fitted perfectly and had no issues initially. The battery performance was good at the beginning and the charge stayed closed to 2.5 hours. But slowly the performance started to degrade. After few months of usage the charge stayed for 1,5 hours.I would say the battery started behaving bad after 7 or 8 months. I had to charge very often to make it work and at one point (may be 10 months) the battery was completely dead. To work in my laptop I had to put it in charge and the laptop turned off as soon as I plug out. So if you don't want to spend lot of money in original branded battery you can go with this as a temporary solution.

After having my laptop for 4 years the battery gave out. Delivery of this battery was fast with prime. I am happy that a year later the replacement battery is still working without any issues. Just make sure that you compare the serial number on your original factory battery to the new replacement battery so you won't have any issues with it fitting or working. I compared the 2 and both look identical. To me there is no difference. I am happy with this product. Would recommend.

This exactly fits my laptop and the new battery runs for approximetly for 2.30 hours (depends the use), its affordbale and best product. i did a lot research before i order this , its realy cheaper compared to Best buy and Walmart. After a few years the battery for my Sony VAIO would not last more than a few minutes. After checking several options on Amazon and reading many reviews, I ordered this one. It seems to be an exact replacement for the stock battery. It fit perfectly and locked in place. The new battery charged up right away and is giving me 2+ hours usage on my laptop once again. Around the same time as this purchase, I upgraded my RAM from 4 to 8gb and did a system restore to factory settings. My laptop is now running better than when I bought it 4 years ago!

My computer would not charged so I went to Best Buy for a replacement price and they indicated it would cost me over $100 for the battery so I looked online with Amazon. Amazon had the battery, I received it in two days, and saved $75% on the original price I received from Best Buy. My computer works and stays fully charged. 5 Star ratings from me.

My previous battery died and this was the only option available (unfortunately no local stores carry spare laptop batteries). I have been using it for around 3 weeks now. Its a relief to have have the convenience of unplugging the laptop was not the case before, but I expected the charge to last at least 2-3 hours. This battery lasts for around an hour. Hence the 3 stars.

I needed to replace the battery that came with my Laptop. The charge only lasted 15-20 minutes. This replacement is better lasting 60-75 minutes. I was hoping it would last at least 2 hours. But for the price, I guess I can't complain.

Things have improved for my laptop greatly, considering I was only getting about 15 minutes of use from my old one. Sadly, I think my laptop may be approaching its dying days, but a new battery has helped a lot.
