They are as bright as a traditional 60w incandescent lamp. The colour temperature appears higher than 2700k to me, I would say they were more like 3000k. **Q: Are these spot lights pearl** A: The plastic front of these bulbs is translucent not transparent. Therefore the light is scattered in the same way as an old fashioned pearl incandescent bulb. **Q: Is the R63 bulb the same as the 60 w R64 bulbs** A: Hello, The R63 size smaller than R64, which don't affect the usage, the bulb's size was : 102mm*63mm. **Q: Can I use these in the bathroom or above a shower?** A: Certainly. I recently replaced 3 60watt spot bulbs in the bathroom.
