I switched to non-stim pre-workout because I do my weight lifting sessions in the evenings. This is by far one of my favorites in terms of performance. Great pump, focus, and less fatigue during my traning sessions. In terms of flavor (lemonade) I'd give it a 7/10. Leans a bit towards the bitter side, but remember taste is subjective. You might love it. I'm defintely looking forward to trying the other flavors.

I train later in the evening sometimes, and this has been a game changer since it doesn’t mess with my sleep. The flavor is smooth (not overly sweet or chalky), and it mixes well without clumping.
