I got this globe for a Christmas present for my kids because we homeschool and my daughter is interested in constellations. The globe is a nice size and is labeled clearly and has country capitals marked. It spins smoothly although it won’t keep spinning with one flick, you have to keep turning it with your hand. It did take me a few minutes to figure out that the room has to be dark before the constellations will appear when it is turned on (or you can use a finger to cover up the sensor) because there are no directions. The whole globe doesn’t light up, just the constellations shine through. So at first I thought it was broken because when I plugged it in and turned it on nothing happened until my hand brushed the sensor and there they were! The Bluetooth seems to work although I have not paired it to my phone yet.

Damaged, broken wanted to exchange but product was no longer available.I don't feel like fooling with the runarounds. You had to know it was junk. i feel scammed/duped.I Bought for10 yr old granddaughter, when she opened it, the paper which is the mapping was unravelling and the Globe itself it was disconnected long the whole center. In other words it was in two pieces because the glue or whatever they intended to hold the top to the bottom with did not adhere. It looked like someone had been using it for years. Need to send me a replacement if they got some more in. thanks for reminding me .I was meaning to post photos and info to my SM so my 460k+following would know do not even think about it.

This globe was Christmas present for 10 years old and was delightful one, while it worked. It plays music (albeit quality of music is not great), show constellations on the globe (not on the ceiling!) and project some random dots on the ceiling. Size is good and quality of letters on the globe is great. Bluetooth pairing was easy.Unfortunately, 31 days later, it just stopped working and seller is not helping. Very low quality item if it stop working after a month.

I ordered this globe for my youngest daughter since my oldest loves hers that she received a year ago. I think I must have gotten a bad batch though. The first one made a awful noise when Bluetooth was connected and trying to play music. The replacement that a I was just sent won’t even connect to Bluetooth. The one I ordered like this a year ago I’d give 5 stars. These two I have received this month I’d give 0 stars. I’m returning for a refund at this point...

I wish I could give this product five stars. However, I ordered two of them and both were delivered broken. I got them in two separate deliveries, and they were both defective in the same area. It came with no directions on how to connect to your IPod (you do it the same way you would do any other Bluetooth device) but it would be helpful to have directions/instructions that explains all the product functions. The constellations are visible when you turn of the lights but don't expect them to shine on the walls. The "stars" that are referred to in the product description are just a small bunch of lights that shine straight up. I ended up keeping one that I superglued together, and it works well. My youngest son loves listening to music on it and looking at the lights at night, while my older son loves using it as a learning tool to learn about the world and the stars.

Not the highest quality material or manufacturing, but works as advertised. The voice that loudly exclaims, "THE DEVICE IS NOW READY FOR PAIRING," every time you turn it on to enable the blue-tooth gets old REALLY quick. The only thing this projects onto nearby ceilings/walls are ventilation holes near the top of the globe.

Globe doesn't light up just constellations, the projection is just dots not stars, and if you don't have it hooked up to blue tooth it's repeats obnoxiously over and over "ready to pair!" So you can't even use it as a night light. Extremely disappointed as it was not a cheap globe that I could have bought and had a better turn out with. Came with NO INSTRUCTIONS

Really fun globe... it has the constellations that work as a night night... constellations don't project..Most fun part is that the globe has a light detector! The second you switch off the light the globe becomes a constellation night lamp!
