DVD just doesn't work - Don't buy this Cello device.
For reasons I won't go into here, the first one of these was mis-delivered to/left at the wrong house. Seller was great in trying to track it down, but delivery company insisted they had left it at teh correct address because their GPS logs showed the driver had "been in teh approximate area at the time delivery was alledged to have occurred!" I only actually got the item when the householders down the street returned from holiday 8 days later and found it at their back door!Anyway - The TV worked fine, Radio worked fine...didn't get much of a chance to critically review the picture and sound quality because I found the DVD player was totally naff:Mostly, the DVD unit on the back would not power up (it wouldn't show the blue "DVD" display screen either, or accept a disc). However, occasionally, if you "encouraged" it with a gentle shake or light tap, it would power up and accept a disk into it, but it totally failed to read any DVDs (I tried 6 disks that work fine in 3 other DVD players) - and yes, I did put the disks in the right way (label to the rear - weird!), but tried both ways just in case (wrong way round and the player just spits out the disk quite quickly): But when the right way around, DVD player just said "loading" for about 1-3 mins and then then spat the disk out again. Power the TV off and on again, and the DVD usually won't power up again - try shaking it gently again, and power-cycling and at some point it will decide to power up, but still won't read disks...but at least you can eject them. :-(So that one was sent back, and replaced with another.....TV worked fine, Radio worked fine... DVD player was again naff:DVD on this one always powered up, and showed blue "DVD" screen, and allowed a disk to be inserted, but it would appear to read the disks, but refused to actually play them, or to give them back again! Could not eject. (Yes, I tried some different DVD's, as well as some that i had tested with the first unit - no joy). To get the disks back, I has to switch over to TV mode, then back to DVD mode and quickly hit the eject button - and no, still wouldn't play...So this ones is going back too, and I'm gonna ask for my money back!

Great value for money!
As with other reviews, I have to say the sound produced can be a bit tinny, but otherwise this is a great TV.Takes up very little room, easy to set up straight out of the box.Tuning is simple and quick which for us was important as we bought it for our boat and often change location.Would have given five stars but for the sound quality.Update, as with other reviewers, the DVD doesn't work, unfortunately we didn't find out until some time after purchase and the supplier wasn't interested in erplacing the faulty device, even though there is obviously a design fault with it.We don't sit and watch it that often to worry too much about it, but if you buy this unit, check the DVD right out of the box.If I were buying again, i'd definitely go for a better quality unit.Update to the update.... Either the remote control or the remote sensor on the TV is unreliable. On my second remote now and it's not working... again! It's very intermittent so one day it will work, next nothing. We are binning this set to buy something of better quality and hopefully more reliable.

For the use in our motorhome
Picture quality is excellent, let down by the very tinny sound, but this is about the norm for a television designed for caravan or motorhomes.
