I broke my finger at work and was worried that I would no longer be able to lift and so ordered these and they are amazing!Although they are made for deadlifting I was able to adapt and use them for all manner of lifts (Curls. flys etc (even used them for chin ups)I am usually really active (weight train, Muay Thai, MMA, BJJ, Boxing) and could not imagine months out of the gym and the hooks have allowed me to at least concentrate on strength training while I wait to return to martial arts.

Works like a charm
