It worked for me
I suffered from an injury to my elbow which had all of the signs of tennis elbow and it wasn't getting any better even after 4 months where even carrying a light bag of shopping for a short distance was very painful. Picking up a cup of tea was causing pain and turning the lid on a jar was out of the question. The paid ran from the elbow down the forearm. (I only mention this incase someone has had a similar injury so can relate to where the pain was and how it might benefit them). The injury was caused by extensive use of a 15ft extendable tree lopper so I can understand how it occured despite the fact that I have never played tennis in my life.I bought this elbow support as I couldn't think of anything else that I could do and to be honest I was dubious about its benefits. After two days of wearing this, remarkably, the acute pain that I was having from my elbow down to the muscles on my forearm had subsided and apart from the muscles in my arm being a bit weak from lack of use I was able to perform the aforementioned tasks pain free.I had been using hot and cold packs in the weeks running up to buying this which did give temporary relief so how much of the improvement is totally down to the support I can't say but I reckon without it I would still be struggling. The support has two half inch wide, more rigid, stitched bands that run either side of the elbow from top to bottom of the support. There are no instructions with this product but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out where the elbow is and how it sits in the hole.Obviously I can't make any medical recommendations for this product. Perhaps I just got lucky or this was the missing bit in the recuperation process but I am very impressed with the way it worked for me. The downside is that my wife has read this so now I have no excuses for not doing the chores. I still don't think Andy Murray has anything to worry about! This product was delivered quickly is well made and worth every penny.

Really good
Really comfortable and supportive. Ive been an avid badminton and squash player for years but have recently had trouble with my arm and it's made me worried about carrying on but this elbow support has saved the day. It takes a lot of the impact of the sport but doesn't restrict my movement.

Does what it says
I bought this for my husband who was suffering with a very painful elbow, the doctor had said that it was the result of both tennis and golfers elbow, both ligaments were torn. He has been wearing it reguarly and does feel that it gives him support and the pain has subsided partially. So it definitely does what it says on the listing.

Maybe OK for light use
Not really any use if you're lifting and working with it all day, I found I constantly had to re-adjust it, maybe OK for light useDisclaimer, "I paid for this myself", either during a lightning deal or full price. Please excuse spelling & grammar

Worth a try
Hasn't really eased the Pain for me, keeps coming loose after a couple of hours. Still hopeful. Reasonably priced however.

Works well
Really good. The double strap prevents the support from slipping. It is more comfortable than an other strap I've tried. It takes a little practice to get the roll inside the support in the correct place
