The product is not exactly new, there are marks and scratches on the product and it is not clean, the filter is not clean. I can tell this has been used before and is just a refurbished product that someone else may have returned.As for the performance, I am still yet to test it. To be fair it has all the attachments, they are standard malleable plastic attachments which I'm sure will do a decent job but may degrade or even possibly break over time? So for the long term, this may not be the best choice for me as I regularly clean my car.I may just return it and spend a couple more £ to get one of slightly higher quality and one with a case as this doesn't have one.

I was looking for the vacuum cleaner to clean my car and not my pocket. 1 Star is 1 too many. A truly awful product. Under-powered which makes it useless as a vacuum cleaner. Very weak inferior plastic hose that deforms and leaks at each end, reducing the suction power even more. The hose is not long enough to make it usable and the angle of the end piece makes it almost impossible to use unless you can get the end flush at 35° . The hose continually falls off the vacuum within 4 or 5 small sweeps which is really really annoying. I would like a full refund but I threw out the packaging, so could not return it to the supplier. Avoid wasting your money and time - do not buy this product unless you enjoy frustration, annoyance and have enough money to waste. Watching paint dry would have been more enjoyable and satisfying than purchasing this car cleaner.Just at a cursory glance Anwa's comments look false to me - he forgets he is a man and sometimes reviews lady's products and replies as a woman - I wonder how many of the 5 star comments are fraudulent - perhaps Amazon needs to investigate and start deleting these fake positive approval statements which we rely on to help chose what product we buy.

Needed a car vacuum to use connected to the cigar lighter port in car. you get what you pay for ! this is a low suction device that doesnt impress with its cleaning ability on carpets.its ok to use as a duster for sucking up dust from around the radio and car instruments. the hose is cheap and push fitinto the main body and the accessories, so easily drops out again :(i will probably end up buying a mains operated unit to get the suction required

What I like most for this car vacuum cleaner is that the performance is just right what I'm expecting, for example the suction is just right and it cleans inside my car. The cord is long enough to clean the back seats and the boot area. There is a light which is ideal for the night cleaning inside the car. I bought this product because I want something that I can use for cleaning inside my car when I want to at the same time I can use it when cleaning inside our tent when we do camping with my partner.It is worth for the money, portable, light and easy to operate.I will highly recommend this product.

While it is good for dust, it cannot pick up and keep small stones (1-2mm big), they just keep falling out the nozzle, with the hose on it gets worse, picks them up, move to another bit of carpet and they fall back out.

I bought an expensive cleaner and threw it away. It was awful. I bought this and it did EVERYTHING... even picked up the dog hairs from the back of the car.It is far more powerful than it looks. I also adore the little attachments it comes with!If they could make a pencil thin attachment for those little bits between the seats (It does go down but the attachment is a little thick so the outer sides of that gap get missed) then it would be a PERFECT vacuum for your car
