Q: Can you use these Breast Inserts for a bathing suit for swimming?

Yes. I've used Bra Pads in the pocket of my swimming suit. But be sure your suit fits tight to your chest.

Q: Could these be damaged by sleeping with them on?

if your body isn't supper narrow then these may be weird for you. any who... i wouldn't reccomend sleeping in them.

Q: Can you wear any bra or sport bra with these?

Yes you can. The adhesive is not very strong so you will need a bra of one sort or another. Regular Sport or any other type. I even wear them in swimsuits with no problem.

Q: Can these be used directly on the skin under a dress with no bra?

Probably not; the pads don't stick to the skin, they stick to the garment. If the dress has bust cups, then you could stick them to the inside of the cups. But a regular dress bodice, no.
