Do they not come with the screws and 2 tiny base pieces to put the rods connected to the black base? confused I bought 2 and both don’t have them

It took me a while to realize but in the heavier poles, there are the 2 bottom pieces with the screws. Take something long and push them out. Hope that helps!!!!

How big around are the poles?

I think they’re 1-1/4” in diameter but I can’t say for sure because they’re installed and I don’t want to take them apart. The company could tell you.
