Very useful
I bought this for my eldest daughter who was around 3 months at the time. I found it comfortable to use, more so than the babybjorn carrier i had, or the two other carriers which dug into my shoulders too much whereas this is nice and soft and stretchy. My second daughter had just come along and is very clingy and suffers a lot from wind/colic. She wont be put down without crying, so being able to carry her around in this is a lifesaver. Its comfortable enough to wear around the house whilst doing housework and i use it when nipping out so i dont have to pack the buggy.Yes it is a bit of a hassle getting it on the first few times and i almost gave up since the babybjorn was so much easier to put on, but once you get the hang of it it doesnt take long at all.Baby looks really comfy and snug in this and without fail will fall asleep from even the worse crying fits within minutes of being put inside the carrier.I love it and its been really useful to me.

Best thing I've bought for baby - and suitable for newborns
I got this when our son was 2 months old and we still use it on a daily basis now he is nearly 7 months and weighs 8 kilos. We tried the type with straps and buckles when he was born, but he just slumped and I was uncomfortable. I've since heard they're suitable only after 4 months (despite infant inserts etc), which makes sense because the baby can then hold himself up a bit and his legs are that bit longer. His father and I both use the Moby wrap. My partner doesn't feel silly in it as it doesn't have a girly design as some do, in fact I think he's proud to wear his son and enjoys the closeness. The first few times it seems cumbersome and tricky to tie, but you soon get the knack. Try first at home, then just walking to the corner and back, then a 10 min walk etc. I often walk for an hour at a time, and can be out all day without the pram. It's easiest in front of a mirror or in the reflection of a parked car, so you can check it's flat under the baby's botty and goes from knee to knee.Baby's back is well-supported. He can look around, see and feel you and sleep whenever he wants. The first few times I tried to put our son in it, he seemed to think it was for breast feeding, but this may be because I didn't have it when he was born (I wish I had had, it would have been a huge help and given me at least one free hand while keeping him close).A lighter colour would have been better because baby spit up leaves white dribble stains; grey or beige is probably best. However, being black, it blends in well with clothing, so doesn't look too odd when your baby is not in it.In reality, I could do with a second one to have one in the wash or one for my partner to wear so we don't have to swap when we're out as a family. Our boy is a wriggler and a leaner, but he's fine as long as he has both shoulders in.If you have a bad back, baby slings aren't for you. However, this type does enable you to spread the weight across your shoulders, lower back and hips and fits everyone. In hot weather (30C +), you will feel sweaty, because it's like wearing an extra layer, plus baby's body heat, but that will happen anyway.I don't know whether attachment parenting ideas such as using a baby sling are true or not, but our baby is certainly a happy, smiley, friendly boy who loves being able to see what is going on and look at people's faces.

Great - should have bought for a newborn!
Being quite a stubborn person, I had gone for a Stokke baby carrier (which incidentally I love) and was determined to use it all the time. However, it was difficult to store when you didn't want to wear it, for example in the bottom of a pram and almost impossible to sit in. I really wish I'd bought the moby wrap for my first child and this time for my second when he was still a newborn (he's now 4 months). I don't regret buying it at all. In fact it's so easy to get on and Oscar loves it. I watched a youtube video to master the technique and twice watching means I'm now an expert. I put his little hat on and away we go and it's almost made my Stokke one redundant. If you're wondering whether this is for you, go for it!!!! It's really handy to use as well as another baby carrier as it can quite easily go in a bag or in the bottom of a pram!! To sum up ... I LOVE IT!!

Great product
This takes some getting used to, especially if you're not the earth mother type..to the extent that I didn't get to grips with it before my son grew too bi.. but I did use it all the time for my daughter, it's comfortable but did make me very hot. I would highly recommend it though and the instruction videos on YouTube to help!

I use it everyday
This is a brilliant wrap, I had the close one with my last child, and i've currently got two baby bjorn ones (original and comfort). My baby was too heavy in the original from 1 month!! it hurt my shoulders, but he was too young for the comfort, so I purchased this and to my amazement its better than the baby bjorns. My baby has reflux so really helps and he sleeps in it for hours. It is so easy to put on and my baby is now 15 weeks gets excited when he sees me put it on. He feels much lighter in this as the weight is distrubused evenly. The higher up he is the more secure and lighter he feels too. I only wish i had this for my daughter rather than the close one

I like the idea but...
I think being close to your baby is super important for their need for attachment and I love the idea of wearing a sling, but I found the Moby to be too cumbersome to put on and get the baby into. It's a GIANT piece of fabric that you have to wrap around your body over and over and then somehow get the baby in an upright position securely. I can't master it. So far I've had more success with the baby K'Tan brand of fabric slings as it is just two loops you put around your body which is much faster than tying a 5m piece of fabric all over your body.

Back to nature
Very nice product. Wrapping your LO in this in various positions like on the front, on your back or even on your side. Facing in or facing out. I must say my LO's loved to be in the wrap. Even my husband loved to carry our babies around in the wrap. No shoulder or back pain like other carriers might cause after a while in use. Happy baby = happy mom :)
