Easy to use and setup
Use this to cycle a water dispenser on and off. The water dispenser can freeze if it is left on all the time, so I can easily set it to turn off at night and save energy in the process

Worth the purch.
Work excellent. Bought it to use for my plant grow lights that didn't come with a timer installed. I was a little confused on how to set it up at first, but once I figured it out all things were well. Have been using it for a week so far.

Incredible Unreliable, Unsuited for Important Tasks
I originally gave this product a 5-star review. The setup was easy, the schedule options were solid, and I liked how straightforward everything was. I bought two of them to control my aquarium light and CO₂ injection, and for the first week or two, both worked exactly as expected. But then I noticed my CO₂ wasn’t turning off at the right time, and the drop checker was starting to go yellow. I checked everything and realized the mechanical timer dial on one of the plugs was spinning way too slowly — enough to throw off the entire timing cycle. It still “works” in the sense that it turns on and off, but the rotation is so off-schedule that it’s basically useless for automation. This nearly wiped out my plants, since CO₂ running without light can gas out the fish or crash pH fast in a planted tank. If I hadn’t caught it when I did, I probably would have lost a lot more. The second unit is still working fine, so this may have just been a defective one. But when you’re depending on these to run something sensitive like a solenoid, even one slow-spinning unit is a big problem.Setup: Easy, plug-and-playScheduling: Simple but clearIssue: Timer dial on 1 unit spins way too slowRisk: Threw off my CO₂ cycle and nearly crashed my tankIf you’re using this for a lamp or a fan, it might not matter. But for critical systems like aquarium CO₂, this isn’t something I’d fully trust without daily oversight. Thanks for reading, hope this review helped.

UPDATED 🙁 -- These automatic timers work great
** UPDATE: After using these timers every day for about 5 months, one of them started to rattle. I can hear it halfway across the room. It's disappointing; I really like how they work, but the non-stop rattling is no good. Changing my rating from 5 stars to 3.I set up both of the timers right after I got them, and they work great. You just flick the little tabs down for the half hour increments that you want the light on, and all the other tabs get flicked up.
