Arrived well packaged & promptly, lovely silky smooth hot chocolate drink

Great tasting chocolate drink for the falvia machine we have at work. No idea why the sachets come on a plastic stick though. It's a pain to get them off

Ordered before and never had a problem, however this time they were in a box not on strips and loose. Many of the items packets were damaged causing powder to be all over the sachets. We only received 24, not 72 sachets. Extremely disappointed. Will not order again
