Pimentón La Ristra is a little family company dedicated to the traditional and artisanal production of smoked paprika in Jaraiz de La Vera, Spain. By the end of summer peppers are ripen and our own harvest is dried with smoke from burning holm oak's wood. Dried peppers are then taken to our own mill, which is exclusively used to grind our harvest, thus our product does not contain any trace of other raw materials (gluten-free). The flavour and smell of our paprika are unmistakable and these characteristics support and prove, by far, its quality.
