Its holding my core i5 4690K integrated heat spreader back on after applying liquid metal thermal compound and seems to be doing an excellent job at that
Instructions not clear, got di.... The instructions aren't in English however I kinda guessed from knowing a little German that it took between 45 mins to an hour to cure. Its holding my core i5 4690K integrated heat spreader back on after applying liquid metal thermal compound and seems to be doing an excellent job at that. Although, I feel like I probably won't use this anymore after doing 1 delid and planning another after a few months of testing and seems a waste of a massive tube of this. Please use sparingly if you are re-applying an IHS the precision machining of the gap between the die and the IHS may mean there's either too much pressure between the die and the IHS or too little and can effect CPU thermals

Excellent for de-lidding CPUs
I saw that this product was recommended by the overclocker der8auer for when he reseals CPUs after de-lidding them so I knew that it's probably the best product for the job. I used this to reseal my de-lidded CPU after applying Grizzly Conductanaut liquid metal and it's worked perfectly. The tube is larger than I thought it would be and I've literally only used a couple of drops on my CPU so this tube will probably last me forever! I don't anticipate de-lidding that many CPUs but would be very useful for someone who intends on doing a lot of them. The product I received was a German version and there's no English instructions on the packaging or tube itself, but it is fairly self explanatory. You will need to translate the instructions if you are unsure how to use it though!

Delidding CPU? This is your chap
This is basically the only thing I would use to relid a CPU after delidding. It's also amazing for sticking down other things (like fascades for your graphics card) that need to stick, be non-conductive, and withstand high temps. This is probably very similar (if not the very same) stuff that Intel use to stick their CPU lids on in the first place. It's certainly feels and looks the same.If you're relidding a CPU, I would suggest putting some on some cardboard first, and applying the glue with a tiny spatula (I used a toothpick). You're not shipping the CPU so you just want enough to hold the IHS onto the die. This way it's easier to delid if you want to reapply your liquid metal.

Works great for gluing IHS back to Intel i5
I used this to glue the Integrated Heat Spreader (IHS) back on my Intel i5 after delidding. It's recommended by der8auer and it didn't let me down. It is quite a massive tube when you're only dealing with gluing small things - I think it's meant for automotive applications primarily. It is very gooey and very black so be careful when using it!

Great for resealing a delidded cpu.
Used this to reseal my delidded cpu and it worked like a charm, easy and mess free application, sturdy handle to squeeze it out and a good application header that can be adjusted to as thin or thick as you want (however, note that if you cut it to thickest option, you can no longer use the thin parts, unless you glue it back on.

Great product!
Great for when you want to re-seal your delidded CPU, I only do this for clients, I leave mine un-sealed, but this is the thing you want if you do want to seal it back together!Quite expensive but it'll last essentially forever!

Works, but tube might fail.
Works as intended but the sealed end of the tube got ruptured for some reason. And used twice after three months.... no refund or replacement.
