Do you remove these at the end of the journey then put some new ones on later?

Yes. I remove them after the journey. I use them mostly for sailing trips on a small yacht. Sometimes we are out for a day or two and I leave them on the whole time. They last a day or more. But they do work very well, and I normally get my sea legs after a day or so anyway. They have helped me not puke on the ferry across the Bay of Biscay in heaving seas. Recommended.

Can you put them on for one day, take them off , and put them again another day??

I always put a fresh one on to be honest.  I think the longest you can keep them on for is 2 days.

Question 3

Whats the point of people using these as theyve said with travel pills??

I don't quite understand the question but patches are usually used in place of pills. I have used pills on the way to Antarctica across the southern Oceans and they did not work When I used patches it was relatively calm.

Going to Disney soon and wondered if they'll work on the rides as I get motion sickness on some?

Absolutely, 100%.
I've always suffered with motion sickness.
At 10 I rode Alton Towers Log Flume and was I'll after, at 15 I I rode the walzers with operator giving additional spins, I felt sick and unsafe.
Avoided all rides since.
I have experience this on a Carousel.
As a 34 year old Dad I work myself up before any ride at Legoland, Chessington and my kids miss out.
I worked myself up last month as we was going to Disneyland (last week). Looking at the rides on you tube I was already working myself up. Anxiety, lack of control and nausea.
I bought Kalma tablets for anxiety and these patches for nausea.
