Really happy with this product. I was looking for a leakproof lid for a big Home Depot 5-gallon bucket to transport water to a campsite. I bought one of these and read some reviews saying that it's hard to put on the bucket. What I did was push down until one side until it snapped on, then I turned it upside down on the floor and sat on the underside of the bucket with focus on the edges until all the other sides snapped down. Took a minute or two. I had two buckets with these lids, filled them with water to the top, drove two hours with them in my trunk, and not a single leak.

Used them for chicken feeders worked great

I love these lids it was a little difficult to put on the barrel but once I got it on the 5 gallon bucket it fit perfect and is very good for keeping out air and bugs

Works good for keeping Salt dry, sealed in 5 gal bucket for use during the winter months

I read reviews that said that it is difficult to get onto the bucket. One reviewer suggested putting the bucket upside down on the floor and applying weight. This snapped on in one second and I was ready to use it. Save yourself the time and effort of struggling to get it on and use this method from the start.

contents are easily accessible and sealed again and again , i noticed no odor or aroma depending on , never submersed to see if "air tight" , works for me and my crops .

This was a bit difficult to get into the 5 gallon bucket, but once on, it works great. Keeps my dogfood easily accessible and keeps odors in.

Great buy. Fits great and with ease on my p20 liters paint bucket i am using to build a DIY canister filter for my aquarium. As advertised leak proof.

I've tried multiple times to take a photo of how these lids are slightly misshapen but it doesn't really show up properly. They don't fit well to a Bunnings 5 or 7 Gallon bucket. I had to wrestle them on. Once I got them on I could see that in theory it makes life a lot easier just to unscrew it but because they're misshapen and don't fit well even though I measured everything I'm not convinced you actually get a great seal. Shame. I wanted to get more but they're expensive and if they don't really fit properly there's no point

I have purchased 4 of these lids,3 work perfectly but 1 won't accept the screw on lid so it sits on top I'm unable to use it and I can't get the rim ring off now either.
