Affordable high quality Zinc
The media could not be loaded. Pills are small and easy to swallow. It is great that the supplement has only a few ingredients and is affordably priced. The added copper also helps balance the zinc.

Clean product but research alfalfa
A very small capsule, no additional nasties inside. Doesn't state which part of the Alfalfa is used however which isn't good for knowing phytoestrogen content however is such a small amount.

Zinc & Copper Capsules
Happy with purchase, nice small,easy to swallow capsules, I dislike like big capsules.The ratio of 15 to 1 is the recommended dose, from what I have seen online, especially if you take magnesium supplement also.For me size of pill & low price for quality for these is spot on..I take mine with food as suggested.

Good all round
These pills are very small, smaller than most capsules so I find them very easy to take.I personally take mine before bed (and on an empty stomach). I take them before bed because I take B vitamins in the morning, and there is a chance the zinc could affect the bioavailability of my B vitamins. If they cause stomach upset, it's recommended to take zinc with food.I have always struggled with falling asleep, and remaining in a deep sleep. I was surprised what a difference G&G zinc capsules made. I now fall asleep quickly, feel like I get a deeper sleep, and when I do wake up, I fall straight back to sleep again which used to be a struggle.After finding out zinc and copper ratios in the body are important, I cautiously tried out these Zinc + Copper capsules. I was wary, as I know too much copper can also be negative. But I'm happy to report no noticeable side effects, and a slight increase in a feeling of general wellbeing and energy. Although I still do struggle with energy, so these tablets by themselves aren't enough.They also don't have any negative tastes, which some types health supplements do.

Bought these because I’m trying to improve iron levels and apparently copper helps I’m also trying to get the lunala back on my nails 💅 which I’ve heard helps yet to see an improvement

Low dose and ratio of copper not ideal
Most zinc capsules have 25 Mg these are only 15 which I didn’t notice when purchasing.The copper is 1mg when the best ratio of copper to zinc, I’ve since read is 1:10 this is 1:15
