Are any workout videos available without a subscription?

The Hydrow Wave is intended to be purchased and used with the Hydrow Membership. Without an active membership Hydrow can be used only in Just Row mode. There are no pre-recorded, preloaded, or free workout videos available without membership. Does the equipment allow individual workout settings for use without a subscription? I might want a more strenuous workout in some instances.

I believe you can use the machine without a subscription, however it won’t log your metrics. I THINK!

Can it give you calories, time, distance, without a subscription monthly..? this is all i need. i'd get it , if so.

Any Hydrow that is being used without an active membership can be used only in Just Row mode. The on-screen metrics for Just Row mode will include: time, S/M, split, calories, and heart rate for Bluetooth connected devices.

I am not sure about the height specifically but your inseam cannot be longer than 36 inches to fit on this correctly.
