Didn't like this product as it was quite hard to mould so made my gums bleed and when wearing at night it was difficult to swallow with it in and had to swallow more because of how much saliva it was making. My teeth were also sore afterwards from pressing against the guard.

Too big for my Mouth.

The product is good. Very trick to mold it in the mouth, as it has a hole for the holding piece. Not easy to get used to it, as not like most sleep mouth guard, it covers your teeth from the jaw as well. It feels a bit big in the mouth. But its a good product.

After following the instructions carefully I ended up with a guard that fit reasonably well. The first night I wore it I woke up a couple of times with it out of place. In the morning I found it in the bed. I may try it again, but I am worried about it lodging in my throat.

Instructions were easy to follow, but it was difficult to get a good fit and therefore I found it would fall out of my mouth while I was sleeping. Also, I didn't find it very comfortable to wear. I ended up buying a different 'boil & bite' nightguard and threw this one out :(

Fits well after following its super-easy boil-and-bite instructions. It does make my bottom teeth hurt a bit and feel somewhat misaligned for a couple hours after use. Also makes me drool out the sides of my mouth all over my pillow. Works great for my teeth clenching and grinding though, as advertised. Perhaps I still just need to grow more accustomed to wearing it.
