Very good
I use the flashcards with my baby who is 11 months old. We both like them: they are a good baby-book size with nice, simple, colorful pictures. The cards can be wiped off but are a bit thin for baby's hands - he likes to fold and bend them. On the back side one can see how the hand sign is done, which helps me, and my baby also likes to study this. What I don't like so much is how the cards are grouped by topics in each box and that one cannot tell when ordering online which exact words are inside. I found, for example, that in none of the three boxes I bought, there were verbs such as "eat" or "drink" which are words usually taught early to hearing babies. There is only a small number of flash cards in each box that we actually use. I would have prefered to buy one box with cards geared towards hearing babies that includes the most commonly used signs, instead of purchasing three boxes and only use 5 words from each one. For me it was worth spending the money, though, because those few cards we use every day and enjoy it.

Perfect Set of Cards for Beginning ASL!
I'm using these cards with my 3 1/2 year old who is starting to learn some sign language, beyond the basics of "more," "please," and "thank you" that he learned as a baby. There are 28 cards, with the English and Spanish word on the front with a picture describing the word, and on the back it shows and tells you how to sign it. This being my first experience learning sign language, I'm able to follow the illustrations fairly easily and sign it out. Then my son repeats the sign after me. The Spanish is also nice to have as I can teach him both the sign and the Spanish word as we go through them. There are five of these sets in all. This set focuses on family members, clothing, and bathroom issues. The cards included in this set are:Aunt, Boy, Brother, Change, Clean, Coat, Cousin (f), Cousin (m), Diaper, Dirty, Dress, Dry, Friend, Girl, Good, Grandma, Grandpa, Hat, I Love You, Pants, Share, Shirt, Shoes, Sister, Socks, Toilet, Uncle, WetI would definitely recommend these for kids or any beginner who wants to expand their signing vocabulary.

great purchase
these cards are great i ordered all 5 packages. some of the words are advanced and not needed yet for my son (19months) but in time they will all be used, you kind of have to purchase them all to get all the "basic" toddler words but they are very much worth it. He loves the flash card style and has been learning signs very fast with theirs, next spanish :)
