I first tasted this in Ireland and as I couldn't buy it in the UK contacted Ballymaloe who told me that Amazon sells it. It really is the best relish I've ever tasted and would recommend it to anyone. It's versatile and can be used on hot or cold food and even spooned out of the jar as my friend does.
