I rarely take time to write reviews, but I wanted to warn other shoppers about this TERRIBLE product. This frame worked great for 4 months, but now the touch screen won't work and it won't connect to wifi so it will only show the pictures that have already been uploaded and we can never upload anymore. Hours spent trying to reboot and DIY fix this thing to no avail. SOOOOOO UPSET TO HAVE SPENT $95 ON A FRAME THAT ONLY LASTED 4 MONTHS! Please don't waste your money unless you see that the store or manufacturer starts replying to negative reviews. Currently, there is no access to customer support for faulty products and warranty questionsFrameo is the software provider, and they refer you to the manufacturer for warranty coverage. We don't remember seeing any warranty paperwork included. The frame itself does not indicate the manufacturer. The Amazon page indicates it was sold by XYE and links to a storefront with zero customer support options. I called Amazon to get contact info for the company and they gave me a phone number which went straight to a generic voicemail and I have had no reply after a week. The manufacturer is Shenzhen Yunqi Youkong Intelligent Equipment Co Ltd. But there is NOTHING intelligent about their equipment!

I was really surprised after looking at the size of the frame, i was really impressed with this digital frame. Even though its large but the picture taken with normal size also looks very stunning and high quality picture are amazing. Picture can be viewed from any angle and still have same brightness not like LCD where the side brightness goes dim.The colors are vibrant, with wide range of photo compatibility allowing everyone in the room to enjoy the pictures without distortion. The user interface is very friendly, for an android user like me all options are very easy to understand and make the changes are required.The other feature I like is the memory card, If i have pictures taken on memory card i can simply add the memory card in this frame and good to go to see all the pictures. without needing to connect the frame to computer. Same can be done using app but it will allow to transfer the photos one by one and consumes lot of time, so i will just prefer to insert the memory card.The slideshow functions works smoothly, i like the various display modes available. This frame is perfect in all ways to keep cherished all the memories on display and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality digital picture frame.
