Good potency
Got it on a physio's advice to ease pain in knee and shins - worked but found that it did wonders for normalising my blood pressure too. So will use it again as long as quality stays good.

Stomach pain and diarrhoea
AVOID at all costs ! This looks like a premium supplement with a premium price but this product caused me excruciating stomach cramps and diarrhoea after just One days use . iIt just go to show not all omega 3 s are created equal and it can take some time before you find a brand to suit you .
