Works for me
I have added this to my anti cancer protocol having had an open radical prostestectomy 2 years ago. It's to help control my sugar levels as I am prone to producing cholesterol even though my diet is good.I have noticed in the last couple of weeks that I am not experiencing the mid afternoon energy drop where I have to lie down and take a nap. Which helps with better uninterrupted sleep at night.

So much better than Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA)
Very good value, item as described. R-LA is so much better for me for energy than the regular (synthetic) Alpha Lipoic Acid. The difference in energy between ALA and RLA is like night and day.I will be sticking with RLA in future.I take it three times a day with food, best to avoid before sleep however.

More energy
I have only been taking for a little under 2 weeks but i have noticed i seem to have more energy and there is a little improvement with the tingling and numbness in my hands and feet, but maybe I haven't been taking it long enough to see full benefits yet. No problems with delivery, arrived on time 👍🏼

Easy to swallow supplement
A doctor recommended this supplement to boost health and strengthen the immune system. I can’t measure their effect but certainly feel no worse.

Preferable type of lipoic acid
Find this better than normal alpha lipoic. No acid and seems to work better for me.
