Works great!, allows me to convert from vga to hdmi so that I can have a pc plugged in to my TV. (my pc has no hdmi output)The audio works as well!You need to power the unit via the supplied usb lead,,

STOP SEARCHING, DELIBERATING, WORRYING AND WONDERING AND JUST BUY IT!
Just arrived and STUNNINGLY GOOD!Mr. Dim-Stupid-Thick bought the wrong one last week - HDMI to VGA which, of course, is retro, to send new HDMI signals to older VGA gear,I set this up and started my lounge computer which takes a long time to boot and used not to show VGA until it had completed. Thus I was disappointed to see a beautiful HD screensaver since the brand new 60 inch 4K TV was receiving no signal.But No! It was the, almost changed daily, Windows 10 lock screen! Great picture and the sound is absolutely fine.Thrilled to bits, super, smashing.Mike.

Excellent product
This was exactly what I wanted to turn my tv into a monitor as my tv did not have a VGA socket and only had 2 HDMI And a USB PORT this did exactly what it said which was VGA TO HDMI And the power for it was the USB PORT.great product .orded and came the following day
