This is a nice kit for cleaning glass top stoves. The reason I only gave it 4 stars is that it takes a lot of work to clear the surface. If you are expecting a magical cleaning system, you will be disappointed at how much elbow grease and time you will need to get the job done. It's not magic, but it will get you there eventually.

My second order of this product. Does a good job of cleaning glass top ranges. Leaves a little mess, but can be wiped up with a damp rag.

I’ve been using Weiman liquid wax for the last 10 years. It always worked great so I just kept buying it. This last time I was looking for it (liquid/wax), there wasn’t any available. This item was really the only option under $20. I sure wish I discovered this “Paste” with the applicators years ago. It’s so much easier to use and you only use a fraction of the amount compared to the liquid wax. Great product and I recommend the paste/applicator option 100%. It may cost a little more but WAY worth it.

I thought this would work better than the one I had- Works glass cooktop cleaner. It comes in a red plastic bottle and is a thick liquid. I've had 2 different glass cooktops over 7 years. Amazon carrdies a purple sponge with a special surface for cleaning that I've found works the best. Also found cleaning up the messes as soon as cools down enough. I also clean the bottom of my pans with whatever means cleans them. My last tip is to buy (and hide from everyone) some straight razors. Other hints, keep glass jars out of the cabinet over the cooktop because dropping them is bad, even heavy plastic ones will scratch. Good luck!

My husband used a wok pan with the ring upside down on our gas stove and created a black burned circle around the burner. I used this cleaner and it worked! He’s out of the dog house.

Precisely what was needed to get my stove right! It is easy to use, removes cooked-on bits resulting from my pathetic culinary efforts and leaves the cooktop clean and shiny until my pitiful attempt. Maximum effect requires minimal cleaning time and effort, something also much to my liking, since I'm skilled at cooking and cleaning in equal measure. The product quantity is great for the price, but I would absolutely buy again once necessary.

Fantastic product, completely removed the burn mark from our induction hob, money well spent would highly recommend.
