**Q: Ive read im suposed to add one of these to my crushed grapes for wine making, but after reading the other questions in worried it will just ruin it?**
A: I used to make wine and whenI bottled it that is when I added the Camden tablet, one to each bottle, and it keeps the perfect

**Q: Can I use Campden tablets for sterilising jars for jam making?**
A: They are not for sterilising.  If you want to sterilise jam jars clean with hot soapy water, rinse well and put in oven at 100 degrees for around 10 minutes.

**Q: Hi can this tablets be used to clean water for beer brewing.**
A: Yes. Use 1/2 a tablet into 20lters of water, and leave for 30 mins. They will not harm the yeast. Higher doses are used for wine and they only slow the lag time of yeast.
