Disappointing rip off
There are 6 practises 4 of which are over in a few minutes. Seemed cheaply done almost like I could've done a better copy myself. The intro was out of time (her mouth was moving at a different time tothe sound) Total rip off for the amount I paid. Your basically paying for the fertility title.

Great DVD - So glad I bought it!
Its a really good DVD - I find it really helps me relax and focus on myself (which is hard when life is so busy!) I haven't done much yoga before but this is easy to follow with different sections so you can dip in and out depending on how much time you have. If I am feeling stressed I just do the 'deep relaxation' section which is amazing!! I find it really reassuring that even the instructor has actually had her own fertility problems, makes it all seem so much more achievable. I would definitely recommend this dvd to anyone who is trying for a baby. Good Luck!

it was like any other yoga dvd
thought it was just okay, it was like any other yoga dvd, I expected more detail or info on fertility yoga and the specialised nature of it

A great DVD beautifully shot and easy to follow. Love the deep relaxation bit. Highly recommended for anyone hoping to conceive.

I bought my wife this DVD as getting to a yoga class is nigh on impossible as we live in the country. She practises regularly And is now waiting for her 12 week scan in 3 weeks, so fingers firmly crossed.
