Made with premium quality ingredients it has a rich, full flavour - perfect on any salad, anytime! Also a great accompaniment for baked potatoes, or as an alternative to mayonnaise in sandwiches or for tuna mayonnaise. Ingredients Rapeseed Oil (62%), Water, Pasteurised EGG YOLK, White Wine Vinegar, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Salt, Parmigaro Reggiano Cheese (MILK) (1%), MUSTARD Flour, Black Pepper, Worcester Style Sauce (Water, Spirit Vinegar, BARLEY Malt Vinegar, Sugar Molasses, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Tamarind Concentrate, Ground Ginger, Chilli Powder), Garlic Powder, Dried Onion, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Anchovy Paste( Anchovy (FISH), Salt, Olive Oil), Stabiliser: Xanthan Gum. A: The best before date on mine is in a white rectangle at the back of the main label. It says 12/2020 in black printing.

**Q: What is the expiry date on these bottles?**
A: The ones I bought in November have 08/22 on. That's long enough for me because I use it lots

**Q: Do you get the actual Cardini sauce that is pictured or do you get the newer, not-as-nice Cardinis with different label please?**

This is very difficult to find so when I spotted it on Amazon I jumped at the chance to buy it at a reasonable price This is made by company of the inventor of Caesar Salad which is my favourite salad of all time. The Taste and Quality of this Salad dressing is second to none with a fantastic rich flavour and the perfect thickness of consistency As I love Caesar Salad so much I have tried many versions over the years and this is by far the best compared to many very pale imitations which lack depth of flavour and are very runny. For all the Caesar Salad lovers out there please do yourself a massive favour and buy this you won't regret it I promise.
