Probably, but I would suggest using a thicker gauge of wire. Pyle-pro makes some and I believe it is sold on amazon. This type of wire is designed for instrument to mixer or instrument to effect. Prolonged use my fry your speaker, amp, cable, or all of the above

i need a small cable to go from the trigger on one amp to the input trigger on the second amp. would this work?
