I use this as 2 frames as found it awkward as a lap stand. It holds tightly enough for me but not drum tight and does occassionally need tightening again. Easy enough to put together. Clamps are a bit tight at first to remove but loosen up a bit with time to make them easier to take off.Tip- do not risk your nails when removing clamps. Push off (one end usually a little easier than the other) or use something to pry off if necessary

The picture looked good but unfortuanately it is a bit tricky to assemble it. As it is quite tall I did not want to have it at this size at all times so putting it together and then apart seemed just too much of an efford to be worth the bother. If you have room to keep it assembled it would do the job.

Fabulous. It is so light weight and easy to move when you need to. I have Arthritis so it helps not having to hold fabric and frame can sit on a table.

Thought this would be a good idea but one of the side bars split. I’m having to use the large bars off the bottom as a substitute. Bit concerned the others will be brittle and break, which is a shame as the size is perfect for my needs.

Great for price using it already.but it is let down by no clear instructions on how to put it together. Good value

OK - but the clips slip and don't keep the fabric in place securely - Also couldn't work out how to add the bottom section as a rest
